Real Wood, Real Life Campaign Launched by Wood Flooring Association
While long recognized as the flooring of choice for so many American homes, consumers are faced with a glut of confusing alternatives and lookalike products, competing claims and concerns when choosing a new hardwood floor.
Today, the hardwood flooring experts at the National Wood Flooring Association have launched a campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of real wood flooring by showing how it performs in a variety of settings around the home with a free downloadable guide to help consumers confidently choose and properly care for their new hardwood floor.
According to the association, the new Homeowner’s Handbook to Real Wood Floors walks readers through the various stages of life to show that real wood floors can handle all of their big and small moments – “Whether a homeowner is trying to decide between solid or engineered wood or looking for ways to protect floors from their pets, the handbook and website are a one-stop shop for wood flooring tips.”
It's also a great way to learn about the natural beauty and advantages real hardwood flooring provides, including increased home and resale value, environmental and sustainability impacts.
